Marnae Bowcut

With twenty-eight years of mentoring and coaching experience, Marnae has built a career dedicated to personal transformation, emotional wellness, and intentional living. Marnae has facilitated many classes and workshops on a wide range of topics, offering guidance grounded in both expertise and compassion. Marnae is also active on Instagram at MountainAir Retreats, where she shares insights, teachings, and retreat experiences.
For twenty-six years Marnae has worked as a Rapid Eye Technician. Marnae holds twenty-five years of experience as a Master RET and has trained students at the Rapid Eye Institute for more than two decades. Marnae is one of four founders and trainers of Redi 4 Wholeness, contributing to the development of a powerful holistic healing curriculum.
Marnae’s training extends into multiple disciplines. Marnae is AEA-certified in water fitness and water therapy. Marnae is also a certified yoga instructor. A deep love for nature led Marnae to become a trained forest and nature therapy guide, specializing in Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku. In addition, Marnae is a trained Arbinger personal and corporate coach, bringing mindset and leadership development into Marnae’s work.
Marnae is the owner of Mountain Air Retreats, where Marnae designs and facilitates transformational experiences including women’s retreats such as Sacred and Soaring, Divine Feminine retreats like Feminine and Flourishing, couples retreats, couples intensive immersion retreats, and Ancient Way retreats. Beyond Marnae’s professional life, she is a devoted mother of two incredible adult children and a proud grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren.
Tresa Hansen is a seasoned practitioner, teacher, and visionary in the field of wholistic healing, with more than three decades devoted to guiding others to live in greater alignment, vitality, and inner truth. Her work is grounded not only in training and experience, but in a natural sense of positivity, deep compassion, and appreciation for harmony in all aspects of life.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced training and certifications, her practice extends far beyond the physical body. She creates a safe, inviting space where emotional release, nervous system regulation, and soul-level restoration can naturally unfold. Through years of embodied study and hands-on work, she has come to understand that letting-go is the gateway to freedom, creating the spaciousness necessary for true healing to emerge.
Tresa is a founding developer and trainer of REDI 4 Wholeness, a wholistic healing modality that emphasizes intentional living, uncovering your authentic wholeness and stepping into your divine mission and purpose.
Tresa co-facilitates the Sacred and Soaring Retreat and the Ancient Way Retreat with Marnae Hobson, held each summer at Mountain Air Retreats. She is also a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, reflecting her awe and reverence for the natural world and its healing wisdom.
At the heart of Tresa’s work is an invitation into deeper freedom of Spirit, where all of life’s experiences are woven into a tapestry of wisdom, unity, and compassion within the heart. With a deep love for her faith, family and friends and through her sessions, trainings, and leadership, Tresa seeks to inspire others to live vibrantly in all areas of their lives.
